When we process your personal information based on legitimate interests, we consider and balance any potential impact on your rights under applicable data protection law. Our legitimate interests do not override your interests where the impact on you would be disproportionate.
4. When We Share Your Information
We share your personal information in the following circumstances. We do not sell your personal information.
4.1. Service Providers.
We may transfer personal information to service providers who perform services on our behalf based on our instructions. We do not authorize these service providers to use or disclose personal information except as necessary to perform services on our behalf or comply with legal requirements. Examples of these service providers include entities that provide website hosting, email delivery, analytics, customer support, marketing tools, and security services.
4.2. Business Transfers.
In the event of a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or bankruptcy or insolvency proceeding, your personal information may be transferred to a successor entity or acquirer as part of the transaction. We will notify you of any such transfer and of any changes to this Policy that result from it.
4.3. Legal and Administrative Reasons.

This may include exchanging information with law enforcement authorities, courts, or government agencies as required or permitted by law.
5. Security of Personal Data
We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.
No method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure. While we work to implement commercially reasonable security measures, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your personal information.

We do not generally rely on consent as the lawful basis for processing your personal data where another lawful basis is available. Where we do rely on consent, we will make this clear to you at the point of collection.
Your GDPR Rights
In addition to the rights described in Section 7, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your national data protection supervisory authority if you believe our processing of your personal data violates applicable law.
